Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service price will apply. (Must contact us directly.) Canceling within the 24 hour window will incur a fee for 90% of the service total. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 90% of the service total. Any discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers applied to a missed or late-rescheduled appointment may be forfeited. Failure to pay these fees results in permanent banning from booking at Sculpted Wellness Spa. Your time is valuable and so is ours.
