Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: no fee.
- Reschedule within 24 hours: 50% rescheduling fee and must contact us directly.
- Late rescheduling is limited to 2 times. After that, full payment is required to book.
- If an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours for the 50% fee and is later canceled, booking privileges will be permanently revoked.
- Cancel within 24 hours: 90% of service total.
- No-call/no-show: 90% of service total.
- Discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
- Unpaid fees will result in permanent loss of booking privileges.
